To transform lives, one implant at a time. To prove that innovation can be compassionate. And to show that personalized medicine can — and should — be accessible to all.
At Biomat 3D, we don’t just make implants.
We build possibilities. We restore stories. We give patients the chance to face the world again with strength and confidence.
Each 3D-printed cranial implant is meticulously crafted to meet the unique anatomical needs of every patient, ensuring exceptional fit, function, and safety. What truly sets Biomat 3D apart is that every design is personally overseen by a neurosurgeon—a specialist who deeply understands the complexities of the brain, the skull, and the delicate balance required for optimal reconstruction.
Working alongside expert designers and materials engineers, our neurosurgeon translates medical insight into precision digital models, creating implants that are not only anatomically accurate but also tailored to restore symmetry, protection, and confidence. At Biomat 3D, every implant begins with the patient’s story, and ends with a design shaped by the hands of those who understand that story bes

We offer low-cost, high-quality alternatives developed through the collaboration of our neurosurgeons and design specialists, ensuring that patients from all socioeconomic backgrounds can access safe and reliable cranial implant solutions. Because our implants are designed with direct input from a practicing neurosurgeon, every model reflects a deep understanding of surgical realities, anatomical precision, and the needs of the patients who depend on them.
By combining medical expertise with innovative design, we are able to reduce costs without compromising safety or performance. This allows us to bring personalized cranial reconstruction to communities that have historically been left behind, making advanced care truly accessible. At Biomat 3D, affordability and excellence go hand in hand—with every implant created to restore protection, confidence, and hope.

Bonlecule is an advanced implantable, bioactive PMMA-based biomaterial reinforced with evenly distributed nano-hydroxyapatite (≈20 nm). Unlike other materials that simply mix hydroxyapatite fillers—often causing brittleness during 3D printing—Bonlecule uses a patented nano-hydroxyapatite copolymer synthesis, making it stable and resistant to breakage even when printed with a 0.4 mm nozzle.
This innovative structure provides mechanical properties closer to natural bone, promotes cell growth and mineralization, and enhances long-term integration with the patient’s skull. By using Bonlecule, we ensure that each cranial implant is strong, biocompatible, and optimized for true osteointegration, offering a high-quality yet accessible solution for patients worldwide.

At BioMat, we bring years of hands-on experience to every case. Our team has treated more than 500 patients, delivering customized 3D-printed cranial implants with the precision, safety, and reliability that only real clinical practice can provide. After establishing a strong track record at the local level, we are now ready to bring our expertise to the global stage, offering high-quality, personalized cranial reconstruction to patients and surgeons around the world.
Our mission is simple: to take the knowledge we have refined over years of dedicated work and make it accessible to anyone who needs it, anywhere.

Bonlecule meets internationally recognized safety and biocompatibility standards, including ISO 10993-23:2021, ISO 10993-5:2019, and REACH (EC1907/2006) certification. Its performance, cell-supporting properties, and mechanical strength have been validated to ensure reliable, clinically safe cranial implant applications.

“Biomat 3D was born from a simple but powerful belief: life-changing medical technology should not be a privilege reserved for a few — it should be accessible to everyone. As a neurosurgeon trained in a developing country, I witnessed something that stayed with me forever. Patients who had survived trauma, undergone life-saving surgeries, or lived with congenital defects were left without options simply because customized cranial implants were too expensive or too difficult to obtain. The technology existed — but it wasn’t reaching the people who needed it the most. That reality felt unacceptable. And it had to change. Biomat 3D is the result of that conviction. Together with a team of visionary graphic designers and materials engineers, I set out to create a company with a clear purpose: to make personalized cranial implants affordable, attainable, and available to every corner of the world. We harness advanced 3D printing, precision digital design, and biocompatible materials to create implants that restore not only anatomy — but dignity, confidence, and hope. Each piece we produce is tailored to the patient’s own CT scan, crafted with meticulous attention to detail, and held to the highest standards of safety and quality. But Biomat 3D is more than a medical device company. It is a movement. A movement to democratize neurosurgical care, to break down financial and geographic barriers, and to bring cutting-edge reconstruction to countries where it has long been out of reach. Our mission is simple: To transform lives, one implant at a time. To prove that innovation can be compassionate. And to show that personalized medicine can — and should — be accessible to all. At Biomat 3D, we don’t just make implants. We build possibilities. We restore stories. We give patients the chance to face the world again with strength and confidence. This is technology with heart. This is medicine with purpose. This is Biomat 3D.” - Michael D. Lopez CEO
